Rena Booton Casella

Rena Booton Casella, 89, of Marshall died on Friday June 4, 2021 at Miller Adult Foster Care Home following a short illness.
Rena was born on September 27, 1931, in Rose/Locust Grove, Oklahoma to Roy and Loretta (Brown) Weaver. She graduated from high school in 1949 and attended college. On July 25, 1975, she married Conrad "Connie" G. Casella in Marshall. He preceded her in death on April 26, 2019.
Rena worked in the Calhoun County Building for many years. She enjoyed traveling. Rena enjoyed time spent with her close circle of friends and family.
She is survived by her son Harold (Peggy) Booton; daughter-in-law Marie Booton; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son Steven Booton; grandson Cory Booton and a great-grandson Winston Ezra Booton.
Visitation will take place from 4-7pm on Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services 723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068. Funeral service celebrating her life will take place at 11am on Tuesday June 8, 2021, at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services 723 US Hwy 27 N Marshall. Interment will follow at Porter Cemetery. Memorial contributions are requested to Faith Assembly of God 9800 South Cochran Avenue, Olivet MI 49076.
