Tony Hall

Tony Hall, age 67, of Tekonsha, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Tony was born on June 14, 1955, Pikeville, Kentucky, the son of the late Claude and Pearl (Bartley) Hall. After the family moved to Michigan, he attended Homer community schools. He trained and showed Tennessee walking horses. He worked at various factories in the area, throughout his working career. He was active in the Thurston Flea Market for many years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he enjoyed gardening. He was a one-of-a-kind smartass hillbilly, that left a lasting impression everywhere he went. He will be remembered and missed by many.

Tony was united in marriage with Sharon (Sellers) Hall on December 11, 1985, in Marshall, Michigan. Sharon survives him, along with their three children, Jessica (Bryan) Brown, Ashley Davis, and Shannon Hall; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Jeanetta, Sharon, Rockie (Connie), Dotty (Shery); and many nieces and nephews. Tony was preceded in death by siblings, Donnie Jean, Randa Sue, his twin brother Tommy, and Ricky; one nephew; and two grandchildren, Ean Mykl and Bryanna Kay.

Friends may visit with the family from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 303 S Hillsdale St, Homer, MI 49245, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
