Timothy Eugene Lothamer

Timothy Eugene Lothamer passed away November 22, 2019 at the age of 68 in Battle Creek, Michigan to be with the Lord.

Born in Coldwater, Michigan on August 18, 1951 to John and Helen (Cox) Lothamer. Tim lived most of his life on the family farm that his family moved to Bellevue, MI in 1965. He worked many jobs through the years including a fruit stand in Charlotte, MI. Tim loved helping to take care of his mother in her later years even when they moved in town.

Tim served in the Army from 1971 to 1977 during Vietnam receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Bronze Star Medal and Marksman Badge (M-16). Later participating with his local VFW.

He is survived by his children Eric Lothamer, Jessica (Jon) Schmidt, Jennifer Wind, and Jamie (Dustin) McCarn. His grandchildren Cameron, Georgianna, Hunter, Gabriella, Benjamin, Madison, Scarlett, Elijah and Miles. His sisters, Susanne Colligan, Sharon Harrington, Rose Bonvillain, and Helen Malinowski; his brothers, Peter, Jesse, Simon, Joseph, Patrick, Jerry, and Christopher. He was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Jack; and his parents.

A funeral will be held on Saturday December 7th at St. Ann’s in Bellevue, MI with visitation at 10am, the funeral at 11am and a luncheon to follow.
