Robert G. Noneman

Robert G. Noneman, 93, of Homer, passed away on January 17, 2024 at his home in Homer, MI.  

He was born on May 21, 1930 to Edwin and Wilma (Waidelich) Noneman in Marshall. On September 27, 1958 he married Joeann Wireman in Olivet, MI and she preceded him in death on July 1, 1998. Robert worked as a machinist for Albion Industries for over 40 years, eventually retiring from there. He enjoyed farming and working on farm tractors. Robert loved his dog, Scrappy. He had a good sense of humor.

Robert is survived by his loving family, Ernie Noneman of Homer, Jessica (Jeff) Bamberg of Vermontville, Jennifer Noneman of Homer, Heather Noneman of Homer; grandchildren, Jade Barnes, Codie Noneman, Caitlin Stevens, Rick Noneman, Ethan Noneman, Sophia Noneman, Josie Noneman; several great grandchildren and sister, Sharon Adkins of Marshall. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Louana Fields-Kieme, sisters, Mary Lou Anderson, Judy Beardslee and brother, Louis Noneman.

A Celebration of life service for Robert will be held at a later date.      

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association.
