Robert "Bob" J. Delaney

Robert "Bob" J. Delaney, 61, of Marshall, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 in Marshall.  

He was born on December 10, 1962 to David and Evelyn (Adams) Delaney in Marshall, Michigan. 

Bob was an avid and longtime billiards player in Marshall, Battle Creek and Tekonsha areas. He loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Bob always enjoyed sharing his knowledge and experiences of his hobbies with everyone. His two Beagle dogs, Ruger and Pepper Jack, will miss him dearly as they were always together. Bob will be remembered as such a devoted caretaker to his daughter Cortney.

Bob is survived by his loving partner Melissa Kipp of Marshall, Michigan; his daughters, Kayci McCrimmon of Battle Creek, Michigan, Raven Delaney of Ringgold, Georgia and Cortney Delaney of Marshall, Michigan; his grandchildren Gage, Talisman, Aiden and Aria, his brothers, Dave (Diana) Delaney of Battle Creek, Michigan, Scott (Tina) Delaney of Marshall, Michigan, Michael (Kelly) Delaney of Bellevue, Michigan and Jeff (Ann) Delaney of Ceresco, Michigan. Bob is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his stepmother, Murriel Delaney.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 1:00 until 4:00 pm at the Kempf Reception Center, 723 US Hwy 27 N Marshall, Michigan 49068.
