Nancy Louise (Weisner) Rugg

Nancy Louise Rugg, 73, of Bellevue and Battle Creek, MI passed away on July 05, 2021, at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. She was born on September 15, 1947, daughter of the late Bernard and Edna (Musgrove) Weisner in Washington D.C.

Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother as well as dedicated homemaker. Earlier in her life she was known as the "Lay Away Lady" at Kmart, and she enjoyed ceramics with her circle of friends.

Nancy is survived by her son, Frank (Jady) Rugg, Jr. of Scotts; daughters, Ann-Marie Frame of Battle Creek, Debbie Rugg of Portage; grandchildren, Shawn (Brittany) Packer, Connor Rugg, Daxton Rugg, Grayson Rugg; great-grandchildren, Mizaha, Amiraha, Trey'Vion and Braxton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rugg Sr.

Services have been entrusted to Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 205 N. Elizabeth St. Bellevue, MI 49021. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00pm on Monday, July 12, 2021, and a funeral service will be held at 11:00am on July 13, 2021 with one hour of visitation before the service. Pastor Jim Codde will be officiating. Interment will take place at Assyria Cemetery in Assyria Township.
