Linda L. Brail

Linda Louise Brail, age 77, of Homer, passed away at her home on March 3, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Sacramento, CA on July 17, 1944, to Ray and Agnes (Lyle) Brail. The family moved to Michigan in 1947. She graduated from Homer High School and then from Jackson Community College. She moved back to California and worked as an X-Ray Technician. She moved back to Michigan in 1989, after the death of her mother. She retired from Johnson Systems, where she worked in inventory control. She loved animals, especially her beloved cats.

Linda is survived by sister-in-law, Shirley Brail; nephew, Don (Roberta) Hartung; two great-nephews, Timothy (Megan) Brail and Quinton (Collette) Brail; and a great-great-niece, Victoria Brail.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Clinton Brail and Agnes Brail; her sister, Marilyn Hartung and her brother, Glenn Robert Brail; and her nephew, Robert Brail.

Friends may visit with the family from 6 – 8 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Kempf Family Funeral & Cremation Services, 303 S Hillsdale St, Homer, MI 49245. A graveside service will take place at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Pulaski Cemetery, with Pastor Brian Walker officiating.
