Joyce Elnora Bicknell

Joyce Elnora (Clute) Bicknell, 92, of Battle Creek, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023.
 
Joyce was born on January 6, 1931 in Battle Creek, Michigan to William and Beatrice (Harrison) Clute. She enjoyed restaurant work holding the position as cook and server! She also worked at a bakery and dry cleaners. 

Joyce married Thomas Bicknell on May 29th1958. They spent 36 wonderful years together. 
 
Joyce enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing, spending time outside, traveling, and shopping. She also loved bowling and spent years on the Eagles league at M66 Bowl. She was also a member of the Eagles Lodge
 
Joyce is survived by her children Kelvin, Charlie, Brenda, Michael and several grandchildren! Even a great grandbaby! 
 
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 5-7pm at Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 2838 Capital Ave S.W, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015. Burial will take place on Saturday, October 28, at 11am at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1490 E. Michigan Ave, Battle Creek, Michigan 49014.
