Helena Ann Fouts

         Helena A. Fouts, age 84, of Marshall, passed on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born to Levi and Eleanor (Skutt) Page Sr. on August 20, 1939 in Battle Creek, MI.

         She worked at several places during her life, but family was what mattered most to her, especially watching her great-grandkids play. She enjoyed sewing and made a lot of her own clothes, several quilts, and professional draperies with her cousin Patti Kramer.

            On January 11, 1975 she married the love of her life, Gary Fouts, he preceded her in death on March 29, 2013. Also preceding her in death were her parents; granddaughter, Nicole Burmeister, and Annette (Chicky) Harris and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

            Left to remember her are her sons, Scot (Deb) Burmeister, Paul Eric (Smokes) Burmeister; grandkids, Jessica (Heath) Hitchcock, Justin Zachow, Kristan (Josh) Karafa, Megan Burmeister and Jordan (Mike) Pierce; great-grandkids, Kole Hitchcock, Emma Hitchcock, Ella Hitchcock, Madeline Karafa and several nieces, nephews and her cat, Teddy.

At this time there are no services scheduled. Arrangements are being handled by Kempf Family Funeral & Cremation Services, Marshall, MI.
