Grace A. Ondrusek

Grace A. Ondrusek, 70, of Marshall, Michigan, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Michigan.  
She was born to Mike and Betty (Pratley) Kedo in Albion, Michigan. Grace graduated from Marshall High School in 1972. Grace worked as a Customer Service Representative for Felpausch Grocery Store in Marshall, which became Family Fare, for over 20 years, retiring in 2016.
Grace was a longtime member of Marshall Moose Lodge #676. She moved back to Michigan from Texas to care for her loving mother. Grace enjoyed going to the casino and trying her luck with scratch off lottery tickets. Cats were her favorite pet. She was affectionately known as the godmother to the Marshall High School graduating class of 1972. Grace enjoyed reading and watching sports, especially college, with The University of Michigan being her team. Halloween and Christmas were Grace's favorite holidays, she always made a point to decorate inside and outside. Grace would put out corn and hay to bring wildlife into her yard. She will be sadly missed for her talents including making many different types of crafts.
Grace is survived by her loving siblings; Claudia (Jennine Silengo) Kedo of St. Petersburg, Florida and Michael (Marianne) Kedo of Greenwood, Louisiana, her special cousins, Missy Kedo, Mary Oldham both of Battle Creek, Michigan and Charity Hegge of Battle Creek, Michigan. Grace is also survived by her wonderful extended family and friends, Wayne Mason, Clay and Dawn Armstrong, Alesha and Clay Armstrong, Margaret Darby and Linda Spriggs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Douglas Ondrusek.
A Celebration of Life gathering will take place on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at the Marshall Moose Lodge (1238 S. Kalamazoo Ave. Marshall, Michigan 49068).
