Gary Parker

Gary Parker, 74, of Marshall walked humbly but joyfully into the waiting arms of his Lord and Savior, Yeshua (Jesus).on July 5, 2022.

He was born in Holt, MI to Dean and Jeannette Parker, who preceded him in death as did his first grandchild, Emma.  Gary has led the way but is survived by his wife, Kadra, son, Matt, grandson, Hudson, by his brother Rich, sister Sharon and several other nieces, nephews and several other non-blood but dearly loved “grandchildren”.

He relocated from the downriver Detroit area to Marshall, with his wife in 1993, where they built several businesses including a bread distributorship and a shop downtown, but found his true calling near retirement, working with special needs children.

He was an active member and leader in his church as well as several other ministries and was a faithful servant of Yahweh, Yehovah Yireh.  Gary loved God. Gary loved with a servant's heart.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 7, 2022, in the yard of 206 Exchange St in Marshall, MI.  Parking is available at 310 E Green St which is right behind the property.
