Floyd Burrows 91, of Battle Creek died on December 3,2021 in his sleep. Pete was born July 27, 1930, in Coldwater, the last of four children. He married Diane Little on July 22, 1950. He had known her since she was 7 years old. They have two sons, Alex, and Ricky.

Pete worked numerous jobs since a young child. Later in life at Michigan Carton, Consumers Power and Clarks. Then went on to retire with 20 some years as a maintenance supervisor for Calhoun County. He was a man that loved the sport of hunting and was able to go on hunts in Africa, Nova Scotia, and New Zealand. He also hunted and fished many times in Canada and the American West.

He is survived by his sons, Alex (Charlotte) and Ricky (Lisa) of Battle Creek. Grandchildren April Ansell, Dawn Vaden, Ashley Burrows, Devin Hall, and Kaelin Burrows. Several great grandchildren and a great, great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane; two brothers and a sister.
