David Clay Clevenger

David Clay Clevenger, 66, of Bellevue, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at home surrounded by family.

David was born on September 12, 1956 in Hillsdale, Michigan to his parents, Edith (Potter) Tasker and Bud Waldron. He graduated from Tekonsha High School in 1974.

In March 1981, David married Debra Corbett. They spent 43 loving years together.

David enjoyed deer hunting, mowing his lawn to perfection, and tending to him and Debra’s veggie garden in the summers. He could often be found tinkering with anything he could get his hands on, taking them apart and putting them back together. David was a big fan of cars. He enjoyed going to various car shows throughout the year and visiting the Gilmore Car Museum. Above all, he loved to spend time doting over his granddaughter, Delylah.

David is survived by his wife, Debra; daughter Kelcey (Jake) Robinson; granddaughter Delylah Robinson; brothers Steve (Jackie) Waldron, and Mark Waldron. He was preceded in death by his parents.
