Cynthia Marie (Sloan) Dillon

Cynthia M. (Sloan) Dillon, 59, of Marshall died on Wednesday March 31, 2021, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
Cindy was born December 22, 1961, in Jamestown New York to Howard and Martha (Merreck) Sloan. She attended school in Horse Heads New York, and later would graduate from High School in Florida. After being together for 38 years, she married the love of her life James Dillon on July 17, 2005 in Marshall at his cousin Rick's house in Marshall.
Cindy was a server at several different restaurants in the Marshall area for several years. She was a member of the Marshall Women of the Moose #202. Cindy enjoyed reading, going to garage sales, and finding clearance deals. She loved her family and especially spending time with her boys and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Jim; two sons Mike (Ashley) Dillon, Andy (Teresa) Dillon; five grandchildren; James, Alaina, Olivia, Madilyn, and Harrison; father Howard (Rose) Sloan; siblings, Howie (Patty) Sloan, Phyllis (Doug) Vickers, Crissy Sullivan, John L. (Michelle Ballin) Sullivan, and Kim (Brian) Smith; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Mother Martha; step father Joseph Sullivan; a brother Ed Sloan; and infant sister Michelle.
Visitation will take place from 4-7pm on Friday April 9, 2021 at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services 723 US Hwy 27 N Marshall MI 49068. Funeral services on Saturday April 10, 2021 at 11am at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services 723 US Hwy 27 N Marshall MI 49068. Interment will take place at Lyon Lake Cemetery.
