Copas “John” England, 72, of Homer, passed away on February 23, 2022.
He was born on July 31, 1949, to William and Emma (Allen) England in Marshall, MI. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a Truck Driver for many years. He enjoyed taking his kids and grandkids for rides. He was a kind soul and loved his family more than anything. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids and greatgrandkids. He would help anyone; even a complete stranger. He was united in marriage with Bernice Fugate England and they enjoyed 32 years of marriage.
John is survived by his loving wife Bernice; children, Penny Enos, Charles (Benji) England, Jadean England, Sandi Reynolds, Toni (Charles) Lake, Jeanette (Shawn Perkins) England, Johnny England; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Pam (Pat) England, and brother, Bill (Faye) England. He was preceded in death by parents, William and Emma England; and brothers, Delmar England and Jack England.
Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place later in Ft. Custer National Cemetery, where the Army will conduct military honors.
