Bonnie Jean Kinney

Bonnie Jean Kinney, 87, of Bellevue, passed away on  March 18, 2024 at the Laurels of Bedford in Battle Creek. She was born on February 20, 1937 to Charlie and Rosa (Frye) Wilson in Lepanto, AR. Bonnie married Steven Kinney on January 21, 1960 in St. Louis, MO and he preceded her in death on July 16, 1991. 

Bonnie enjoyed reading, sewing, and spending time with her daughter, Kelley and her grandkids. 

Bonnie is survived by her children, Kelley Kinney of Battle Creek, Craig (Debbie) Kinney of Battle Creek; grandchildren, Joy (Matthew) Blood, Matthew Kinney; great grandchildren, Rose, Willow, Maximus, Matthew, Jr. "MJ". 

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Lafon Mize, Lurlene Mize, Georgia York, Albert Wilson, Edward Wilson, and Jerry Wilson. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with the funeral at 11:00am at Kempf Family Funeral & Cremation Services, Marshall, Michigan with Pastor Danesh Manik officiating.
     

Burial will take place in the Oakridge Cemetery.
