Warren Herbert Owens

Warren Herbert Owens was born on April 17, 1953, and passed away suddenly on January 8, 2022. Warren was raised by his grandparents, William and Margurite Owens, along with his brother Dale and sisters Rosie and Penny.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of forty-nine years, Kay; his two daughters Andrea and her husband Mike, who was the son he never had and Brittany Owens, who was his favorite farm hand; and our two little hearts Madison and Emma Smith.

He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his good friend Larry Day. They shared many laughs and farming stories.

Warren enjoyed farming throughout his life. He also worked for twenty years at Collins and Aikman factory and worked many years with Larry Day.

In honor of Warren’s wishes a private graveside service will be held in Oakridge Cemetery in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Mike Smith, Joel Laupp, Tom Laupp, Dakoda Laupp, Kort Laupp, and Larry Day.

Warren will be forever in our hearts.
