November 16, 1958 ~ May 21, 2022 (age 63)


Steven "Steve" Duane Moe, 63, of Three Rivers, Michigan passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at home.

He was born on November 16, 1958 to Raynor "Bud" Moe and Viola Stephens in Columbus, Ohio. He was a graduate of Marshall High School. On September 24, 1988 he married Bonnita "Bonnie" Gowan in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Steve worked for JL Milling in Schoolcraft, Michigan as a heavy equipment operator with road construction for 14 years. Prior, he was an over the road truck driver with several different companies for many years. He will be fondly remembered for his love of fishing, playing computer games, working on his cars and trucks and especially making people laugh. He never passed up an opportunity to play a joke or be sarcastic with family and friends Steve enjoyed watching TV and listening to country music. He loved his cat, Thomas.

Steven "Steve" is survived by his loving spouse Bonnita "Bonnie"; his children; Kari Sloan of Hillsdale, Michigan, Kelly Moe of Jonesville, Michigan, Ashley (Jim) Quinn of Auburndale, Florida, Sam  Moe of Vicksburg, Michigan and Corey (Nikki Vanloo) Moe of Vicksburg, Michigan; his five grandchildren; Rebecca Burlew, Trinity Burlew, Carter Miller, Olivia Quinn and Colin Quinn, his great granddaughter; A'Mile Duncan, his siblings; Sherry Moe, Sue (Jack) Leffew, Scott (Danette) Moe, Crystal (Carl) Farnsworth, Donna  Stevens, Tim (Cindy) Stealy, Kim  Staley-Hess and Junior (Connie) Stealy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jim Staley.    

A Celebration of Steve's life will be announced at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
