Marsha Ann Lovelette, age 70, of Homer passed away November 12, 2018 at Allegiance Hospital in Jackson.
Marsha was born on June, 3, 1948 in Reed City, MI to Howard and Anna (Dybal) Borsum. She graduated from Reed City High School and attended Ferris State University.
Marsha worked at the Jonesville Book House in the Accounting Department for several years. After that she took up a position at American Copper and Brass where she worked for 15 years. Marsha was probably best known for her career at Walmart where she worked as a Cashier for 10 years.
Marsha was a member of the Hillsdale Jaycee's in her younger years. She was a Campfire and Blue Birds assistant when her girls were younger, and also helped out with Boy scouts. Marsha enjoyed reading, collecting cookbooks, and watching football.
Marsha is survived by her 4 children, Lee (Susan) Lovelette of Lapeer, MI, Suzanne Smith of Olivet, Amy (Greg) Zachow of Litchfield, and Erin Bigelow of Osseo, MI; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Anna Borsum; and brother, David Borsum.
Visitation will be held at the Kempf Funeral Home, 303 S. Hillsdale Street, Homer Chapel on Friday November 16, 2018 from 4-8pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday November 17, 2018 at 11am with Reverend Jim Codde officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
