Margaret Libbrecht

Margaret Libbrecht, 91, of Marshall, passed away on September 12, 2022, in Marshall, MI.

She was born on March 23, 1931, to Edward and Margaret (Dawes) Musser at Battle Creek, MI. In 1948 she married Jerome Libbrecht. Margaret lived in Marshall for the majority of her life.

The catholic faith was very important to Margaret, attending mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church for many years.  Margaret loved her flower gardens, bird watching and Sunday family dinners.

Margaret is survived by her loving Sons, Jerome Libbrecht of Olivet, MI, Joseph (Kathy) Libbrecht of Mattawan, MI; Daughters, Joyce (Jerry) McLain of Springfield, MI, Jeannie Passmore of Springfield, MI, Julie Misener, of Marshall, MI; Brother, Edward (Paula) Musser of Las Vegas, NV; Grandchildren, Todd, Joan, Eric, Dena, Susan, Dale, Lisa, Laurie, Angela, Ashley, Michelle, Brooke, Baileigh, Jared and Paul, along with many nieces, nephews, great grand-children and great-great grand-children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Jerome Libbrecht, Son, Jerry Libbrecht, Daughter, Margaret Libbrecht, Brother, Delbert Musser, Sister, Catherine Sharpsteen, and grandson Scott McLain.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sep 20th, from 5 pm to 7 pm, at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept 21st, at 10:00 AM, at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, Marshall, Michigan, with Deacon Mike Moreno officiating.

Burial will take place in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's.
