Obituary
Kay Ann (Sinkler) Callender, 84, of Fairview Park, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
Kay was born on April 15, 1939 to Joseph W. and Ina Belle (Shellenbarger) Sinkler in Barry County, Michigan.
Kay was a member of Journey Community Church in Fairview, Ohio. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery. Kay also liked to color in her coloring books.
Kay is survived by her son, Rodney Callender; brother, Richard Sinkler Sr.; sister, Connie Sinkler; and nephew, Richard Sinkler Jr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Callender; her parents; and brothers, Keith Sinkler and Kenneth Sinkler.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 2838 Capital Avenue S.W, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 10am at Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 2838 Capital Avenue S.W, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015 with Pastor Travis Davis officiating. A graveside service will follow at 11:30am at Riverside Cemetery, 201 West Street, Bellevue, Michigan 49021.
