Jeffery T. Hilyard

Jeffery T. Hilyard, 43, of Battle Creek died on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at his home.

Jeff was born on March 4, 1978, in St. Joseph County to William and Theresa (Thayer) Hilyard.  He graduated from Athens High School in 1998.  On June 18, 2019, he married Dana Hassenzahl in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

Jeff was a Team Leader at Duncan Aviation in Battle Creek where he has been employed for the past 25 years.  He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, watching football games, and going camping.  Jeff really enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Dana; children, Kayleigh Hilyard, Cadence Hilyard, Emily Hilyard, Gracelyn Hilyard, Nathan Hile, Dakota Trimm, Bryce Trimm, Jade Brock, and Camren Brock; siblings William (Heather) Hilyard and Jenny (Bryan) Lewis.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
