He was a very friendly man and those who loved him described him as "very comical". He enjoyed playing cards, doing crossword puzzles and watching movies.
He was married to Louise Langseth, who preceded him in death. He is survived by their children, Jeffrey Langseth and Heather Langseth; step-daughter, Tanya Cuykendall; his cousin and devoted care taker, Helen Jenks.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held later in the spring or summer at Oakridge Cemetery in Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
