Gary W. Norman

Gary Wayne Norman, 72, of Battle Creek, passed away on June 13, 2022, at home surrounded by the loving support of his family.

He was born on October 8, 1949, to Wayne and Bobbie (Fogleson) Norman in Battle Creek, Michigan. Gary was a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School, Class of 1967 and attended Northwood Institute.

Prior to retirement, Gary worked as President for Norman Foods and lived in Battle Creek, Michigan his entire life. He was an avid golfer to say the least; Gary was both a member and eighteen-time Club Champion of the Battle Creek Country Club.

Gary is survived by his children, Ryan (Juddie) Norman of Middleville, Michigan, and Nicole (Stephen) Higdon of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, as well as sister, Wendy (Tom) Wood of North Little Rock, Arkansas and brother, Steve Norman of Naples, Florida. He was preceded in death by parents, sister, Cathy Norman and brother, Jeff Norman.

Services have been entrusted to Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 2838 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015. Cremation has taken place; a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 4:00-6:00 pm at the Battle Creek Country Club.
