Faye N. (Burns) Berry

Faye N. Berry, 92, of Marshall, MI passed away peacefully on April 05, 2021 at The Oaks of North Pointe Woods in Battle Creek, MI. Faye was born on November 26, 1928, the daughter of the late James and Gertrude Burns. She worked as a school psychologist for Calhoun County Public Schools. She retired in June of 1993. She served on the Marshall City Council from 1981 - 1989.

Faye was married on September 7, 1948 to the love of her life, John T. Berry III, who preceded her in death on December 3, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, James Burns.

Faye is survived by her three daughters, Paula Berry Kintigh and husband Bruce, Laura Berry Bowerman and husband Donald, and Diana Berry Bofferding and husband Charles; four grandchildren, Kristen Thorsness, Kathryn Shively, Charles (Chaz) Bofferding IV, and Elizabeth Bofferding; and four grandchildren John (Jack) and Lydia Thorsness, Benjamin and Allison Shively. She is also survived by her brother, Jack Burns and his wife JoAnne.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068. Cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will be held via private Zoom meeting.
