David L. Dickinson, 83 of Battle Creek died on Saturday July 10, 2021, at the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence.
David was born on April 10, 1938, in Marshall to George and Luella (Hartson) Dickinson. He attended Marshall Schools.
David worked for several years at Auto Zone in Marshall. He also worked at several different factories in the Marshall area including Douglas Corporation in Tekonsha and Ronan Kunzel in Marshall. David enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his significant other, Ruth Marriott; nieces Jacquline Summerfield, Blanche Wells, and Norma Cusumano; great-nephews and nieces and great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Clark Dickinson; and a sister Margaret Odom.
A graveside service will take place at Porter Cemetery in Convis Township at a later date.
