Daniel Jon Peterson

Daniel Jon Peterson 49, of Marshall died on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, after being stricken suddenly at home.

Dan was born on July 15, 1972, in Marshall to Jonathan R and Sandra K. (Basham) Peterson.  He graduated from Marshall High School in 1990, and later from Kellogg Community College and Sienna Heights University.

Dan was currently employed by the Eaton Corporation, and he currently had been working at the Eaton Proving Grounds in Marshall since 1994. He was a member of the Marshall Moose Lodge #676.  Dan enjoyed the outdoors, going camping, and going to garage sales and flea markets. He also enjoyed working in his workshop and on his motorcycles.

He is survived by his mother Sandra; and his special dog Rudy; siblings, Jonathan Peterson, and Linda Birner; and several special friends.  He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Christopher Peterson.
