Daniel "Dan" Matthew Holevinski, 64, of Marshall, Michigan passed away on February 6, 2021 at his home.
He was born on April 30, 1956 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Thomas Edward and Barbara Jean (Sanford) Holevinski.
He loved to go hunting, skeet shooting, watching QVC and crafting- especially making "Dream Catchers". Dan had a big sweet tooth, candy could be found stashed throughout his home. He also enjoyed playing video games. Dan was a selfless person as he was constantly giving gifts to people and family. His greatest joy above all else was spending time with his family.
Dan is survived by his children; Emily (Jacob) Poole of Springfield, Michigan, Sara (Charlie) Jessee of Portage, Michigan and Ashley (Jason) Cain of Battle Creek, Michigan, his grandchildren; Makayla Poole, Jordyn Poole, Peyton Jessee, Kailyn Jessee and Lincoln Cain and his siblings; Kathy Hilbert of Howell, Michigan, Butch (Susie) Owen of Portage, Michigan, Richard Holevinski of Battle Creek, Michigan and Mark Holevinski of Battle Creek, Michigan and He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jane Ogden.
Visitation for Dan will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 2838 Capital Ave SW Battle Creek, Michigan 49015 with the funeral service to take place at 3:00 PM at the funeral home, Pastor Steve Olmstead officiating.
