Beverly Ann (Fox) Searle

Beverly A. Searle, 81, of Marshall died on Monday, February 17, 2020, at her home surrounded by her family following a long illness.

Bev was born on December 2, 1938 in Albion to Clare and Ione (Rundle) Fox.  She graduated from Marshall High School in 1956.  On April 16, 1977 she married Robert J.”Bob” Searle in Marshall.

Bev was a home maker and stayed at home to raise her family and help with the horses.  She did work a few jobs in the Marshall Area. Bev enjoyed harness horse racing.  She also enjoyed music and dancing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Bev loved all of her pets especially her dog Sassy. Bev will  be remembered with a kind and caring heart, and she would open her door to anyone in need.

She is survived by her husband Bob of Marshall; children Breck (Barbara) Searle of Bellevue and Lori (Richard) Dopp of Marshall; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings Paul Fox and Naomi Linderman.

Family will gather with friends from 4-7pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068.  Funeral services celebrating her life will take place at 11am on Thursday February 20, 2020 at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services, 723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068. Interment will take place at 1pm at Fort Custer National Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are requested to Elara Caring Hospice.  Assistance with memorials is available at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services.  Leave a personal message for the family and sign the online guestbook at https//www.kempffuneralhome.com
