Ricky Newsome

Ricky  Newsome, age 59, of Albion, passed away on January 18, 2023. Ricky was born in Marshall, Michigan, on November 24, 1963, to Chester and Tilda (Damron) Newsome. He graduated from Marshall High School Class of 1981. Ricky worked as a Mechanic for Heritage Motors in Battle Creek and Davis Auto Mart in Charlotte. He enjoyed hunting, farming, and family get togethers.

Ricky is survived by his loving life partner, Dorothy Behl; brother, Lynn (Jill) Newsome; sister-in-law, Cynthia Newsome; two Nephews, Tucker Newsome, and Aaron Newsome, and two nieces, Jennifer Ortiz, and Jessica (Brian) Bussing.

He was preceded in death by father and mother, Chester Newsome and Tilda Newsome; brothers and sister, Layne Newsome, Rocky Newsome, and Greta Sue Caudill; brother-in-law, Ron Caudill; and niece, Hope Newsome-Norton.
