Linda Lee Minard

Linda Lee Minard, age 76, passed away August 2, 2024, at Medilodge of Marshall. She was born June 5, 1948, to Ralph and Keatha (Kinter) Ferguson in Detroit, Michigan.

Linda married Dewey Minard on June 5, 1971, in Galesburg, Michigan. She worked as a lab technician at the former Community Hospital and the Regional Medical Lab in Battle Creek, Michigan. Linda enjoyed tending to her garden. Along with Dewey, she loved visiting Cedar Point.

A parishioner of Marshall Seventh Day Adventist Church, faith was important to Linda. She loved being a grandma, or “GG”.

Linda is survived by her daughters Barbara (John Kimmel) Minard and Courtney Minard, both of Marshall, Michigan; grandchildren Jeremiah Minard, Corinna (Cody) Davis, Ruby Chesser, and Lilyana Chesser; and two great-grandchildren, Clover Minard and Greyson Davis.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dewey Minard, and her parents.

Following her wishes, cremation arrangements have been made and no services are planned at this time.
