Lansing Jr. Powers

Lansing Jr. Powers, 81, of Marshall, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2022, at his home in Marshall, MI.

He was born on September 9, 1940 and graduated from Olivet High School. On August 26, 1971, Lansing married the love of his life, Rebecca Miller and they enjoyed almost 50 years of life together in Marshall. He retired from Tenneco after thirty-five years of service.

He enjoyed bowling and watching all sports, but wrestling was his all-time favorite.

Lansing is survived by his nephew, Corey (Maghaen) Houvener of Battle Creek, MI, and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his best friend and beloved wife, Rebecca J. Powers.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and he is now interred together forever with his dearly loved Becky at West Eckford Cemetery.
