Kay Lynn (Saylor) Owens

Kay Lynn (Saylor) Owens, 68, of Marshall, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2023.

Kay was born on February 12, 1955 to Kenneth and Joyce (Brittan) Saylor in Marshall, Michigan. She graduated from Marshall High School.

Kay worked as a retail clerk for Darlings and Daughter before her retirement in 2010 when she then began to spend her days with her grandchildren.

Kay was a member of the former EGA Cross Stitch Guild. She enjoyed spending her time doing crafts and bird watching, as well as tending to her flowers.

Kay is survived by her daughters, Andrea (Mike) Smith, and Brittany Owens; grandchildren, Madison and Emma Smith and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of forty-nine years, Warren Owens.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 11:15am at Oakridge Cemetery, 614 Homer Road, Marshall, MI 49068.
