Tamara Dee "Tammy" McAllister, age 54, of Homer died Monday, January 21, 2019 at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor.
Tammy was born on April 21, 1964 in Coldwater, Michigan to Charles and Sharron (Beyers) Warner. She was a graduate of Homer High School and had been employed by the Meijer's Store in Coldwater. She had been employed by the store for over 26 and served as an Order Writer.
Tammy loved traveling and attending concerts. She is remembered by her family as a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. A perfect day for Tammy would include spending time with family and going shopping.
She is survived by daughters, Cairee (Kyle) Bowers of Coldwater and Rebekah McAllister of Homer; grandchildren, Kylee, Job and Eden Bowers; her parents, Charles and Sharron Warner of Coldwater; and brothers, Cale Warner of Albion and Casey Warner of Homer.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Christian Warner.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Homer Chapel of Kempf Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Services. A funeral service to celebrate the gift of her life will be held 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Hal Nottingham of the Lockwood Community Church in Coldwater officiating.
